Welcome to the E-Gazette Application (“Platform”), a digital publishing and notification service operated by Ghana Publishing Company Limited (GPCL), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or notices posted on this Platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the E-Gazette Platform. We facilitate the submission, verification, and publication of gazette notices on behalf of applicants. Once your application and payment are received, we transmit your request for processing and publication according to the relevant laws and administrative procedures. We do not guarantee publication timelines or outcomes beyond our control, as certain approvals may depend on relevant government authorities. If you encounter issues related to a gazette publication, payment, or refund, please contact us using the contact details provided in Section 21 (Contact Information).

Payments for E-Gazette services may be made using the secure payment methods listed on the Platform, including mobile money, card payments, and bank transfers. All payments are final once confirmed unless otherwise determined by the Ghana Publishing Company under its Refund Policy. If an error occurs during payment, please contact our support team immediately.
Refunds will only be processed in cases of duplicate payments or system errors. To initiate a refund request, contact our Customer Service within seven (7) business days of payment, providing proof of payment and transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, within fifteen (15) business days.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data responsibly. All data collected through the E-Gazette Platform is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for processing your gazette publication, improving our services, and fulfilling legal obligations. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, store, and protect your data.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including logos, software, text, images, and other materials, belong to Ghana Publishing Company Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of this Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from GPCL.
The E-Gazette Platform may contain links to other government or third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse the content of such Linked Sites and assume no responsibility for their availability, accuracy, or practices. Your interaction with any Linked Site is solely at your own risk.
By using the E-Gazette Platform, you consent to receiving notifications, announcements, and promotional messages relating to our services via email, SMS, or other digital channels. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by sending an email to info@egazette.com.gh requesting removal from our mailing list.
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data and transactions. However, you acknowledge that no online system is entirely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghana Publishing Company Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. You agree that any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ghana
In case of any dispute, you agree to first contact us for an amicable resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate court or tribunal in Ghana.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
Failure by Ghana Publishing Company Limited to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
